We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Sun Sui Wah at Richmond for our 1st New Year in Canada. The front reception was filled with potted poinsettas with deep red flowers. I took a picture of Kimi in her new purple dress with the ruffled brown and pink hood :) 
We had a very tasty dinner with a finale of the 6.5 lbs Steamed Garlic King Crab. This is the crab that was featured in the Deadliset Crab, Discovery Channel. I guess they are expensive because they are hard to catch and people die to catch them. We were actually surprised how expensive it was once the bill arrived (it was 2/3 of our whole bill!!!) but then this was the perfect time to splurge on a dinner (he! he!)

OMG!!!! I totally love Kimi's dress! Especially the ruffled hoodie! She can stand on her own na. Can she walk too? :)
