We had a picnic at Buntzen Lake...
This was my first picnic in a place other than relative's house. The view was really spectacular and the weather was perfect for a day outdoor. Kimi loved watching people parading in their bathing attires... and childrens making sand castles near the water.
Our food? Yummy! Chicken barbeque grilled to perfection hehe! Soft and tasty. Salmon fillet with garlic and lemon which was cooked just right... I did not like the hamburger patties that much though... We also had kiam pung... (Sticky rice with veggies and some ground meat).
Kimi's menu? She had chicken casserole baby food for lunch and she got to sip some juice from the cantaloupe for dessert... :)

What a fun picnic! :) The food sounds yummy... Buntzen is so much more beautiful in the summer than in winter. :)
yup, the view is so surreal like one of the scenes that i imagine in those nicholas Sparks novels...
